On Thursday, April 26, 2007, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m., at the 1912 Center, located at 3rd Street and Van Buren Street in Moscow, Idaho, the Moscow Sister City organization will sponsor a presentation by Dave Barber about his recent visit to Moscow's sister city, Villa El Carmen, Nicaragua.
