Feed of Dreams
Social Action Committee Feed of Dreams, Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007, 6pm, in the church basement. UUCP members, families, friends, and neighbors welcome to this low-cost, all you can eat, fundraiser.
The Social Action Committee is working on getting representatives of the local food bank and Meals on Wheels to tell briefly about their organizations and what kinds of volunteer help they can use. Profit from this dinner will go to the food bank.
The theme for this dinner is Harvest Dinner, and SAC members are encouraged to feature locally grown produce and ingredients in their soups, salads, breads, and desserts as much as possible. Please contact Mary Jo Hamilton if you can make something for the dinner. She is in the church directory.
